Research Interest Area

I have worked on different Geospatial issues such as wildfire, Forest Fire, Forest monitoring, forest cover dynamics, Precision agricultural, Crop identification, Agriculture monitoring, Urban analytics, Urban planning, Ecosystems, 3D Geoinformation, spatial analysis to examine land use/land cover, Geospatial data science, Flash flood, flood prediction, flood forecasting, flood damage assessment, flood warning, Climate Modeling, Regional Climate Modeling, Climate Dynamics and geophysics over the past eight (8) years. Working on different aspects of Geospatial issues has helped me to come up with new solution by combining techniques used in many different fields. During these years I have developed many skills, like Digital Image Processing & Interpretations, Remote Sensing, Project Planning, Data Analysis, Flood Monitoring, Crop Monitoring, Forest Changes & Fire Burnt area, Google Earth Engine, HEC-RAS, FlowR, RAMMS, GeoClaw, COSI-Corr, SfM, AHP and FR) using machine learning, Python, R and MATLAB. These skills will help me to be part of research team and design new solutions to common geospatial and environmental issues.
